My father passed away at the end of April. I have a business and live in Colorado. I, of course, headed to PA to be with my family. My office manager and staff ordered flowers from here to be delivered to my Mom and family. They never showed up. My office manager called today and the lady on the phone was horribly rude and said she didn't have the flowers that were ordered and she canceled the order. The lady who owns/runs/manages is a horrible, heartless soul. Take your money to a business that respects customers and has business acumen.

Late on delivery date..the woman that delivered told my wife the flowers fell over in the car..some were broke and wilted..waste of 125 dollars..I hope another florist in Port Angeles will be more professional
